These fitness classes are designed for ANY ability level and are led by an instructor that is certified to work specifically with Seniors. Classes include Chair Yoga, Ener Chi, Aquatic fitness (year-round) and Cardio&Strength. Build your balance, strength, and endurance as well as increasing your flexibility. Cost varies by location of classes. Silver Sneakers, Renew Active and Silver&Fit accepted.
