The Alzheimer’s Association Illinois Chapter is the leading volunteer health organization in Alzheimer’s disease care. Serving 87 counties in Illinois, with offices in Bloomington, Chicago, Joliet, Peoria, Quincy, Rockford, Springfield and Southern Illinois. Since 1980, the Association has provided reliable information and care consultation; created supportive services for families; increased funding for dementia research; and influenced public policy changes across the state. Services and resources, including Helpline, support groups and education programs, are free to individuals and families impacted by memory loss and dementia.

When you need a little help getting through your day, CareLink Supportive Care helps you live safely and comfortably at home. Our trained Caregivers provide a range of non-medical services—which are available from three to 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Services include personal care- assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming, meal preparations, help with appointments, med reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, short or long term care.
